When I deal with a minor dairy situation that causes me to have an upset stomach. I toast two hearty grained bread, slap on some delicious natural made jelly with organic peanut butter and eat it to settle my stomach.
My belly often times cannot handle dairy, it gets to be too much for my stomach, which leads to upset stomach. I stay away from dairy as much as possible and usually go with dairy free cheese, ice cream, yogurt and etc. Which I love the most! Every once in awhile I run into an unpredictable option and well! I make due…..and if I suffer a little, this tends to be my best go to option, because of the heartiness of the bread that soothes the stomach.
My stomach in the end…..is a happy stomach!
