Being pregnant, I have noticed a series of times I have been dealing with chronic dryness in my thirst. No matter how much water I drank, it wasn’t helping, finding myself still feeling like a dry prune. Throat still severally dry and mouth like as if I haven’t drank water in days. This has been the case for me where I would find myself bloated with water from drinking too much water in my belly which became too much to hold inside and still it wasn’t helping. I turned to the method of drinking Powerade or Gatorade, running myself into where most were too sugary for me for my pregnancy, so I stuck to 0 sugar ones and that seems to temporarily help but still finding myself in the same position where I was still chronically thirsty, so I gave up not knowing what else to do. I finally recently turned to someone and they suggested why I don’t try the coconut water by Vita Coco? its natural and I don’t have to worry about sugar in my blood spike up? sure enough, I found out the person was right, so far it’s helping my throat not feel painfully dry even in a heated room where the space heater blows heat that can dry my throat out…..This may be just my best route and my answer to my life so far. Through out the day, I just take little sips at a time and so far so good especially with my daily water drinking.
